Amazing Ebike. I have had the bike for a month now. And it is an amazing bike. I use it for work and doing doordash on the side for extra money. Now that i can do a side job right after being done with my main job, this bike is gonna get thousands of miles!

Great for work commute. I've really enjoyed my R9. It's fast, powerful, and handles great on both streets and trails. The dual-battery setup gives excellent range, and the ride is smooth and comfortable. The bike feels well built, and customer service has been responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions. I'd definitely recommend the R9 to anyone looking for a capable e-bike.

The R9 the BEAST. The R9 is versatile ebike, very great quality, fun to ride, speed is definitely great when you also unlocked it theu their application, the battery is great.it can handled a paseenger great without difficulty Hopefully in the near future we can have a plug and play add on second battery our R9 and hopefully launch more accessories to the R9 .overall a must have ebike in your collection

My Review for R9. I think this is great. I've having lots of fun, great speed, breaks, comfortable ride. It's a little too heavy, but it feels sturdy.

Not bad except for assembly. Bike itself was phenomenal but the assembly was a bit on the harder side, though it was worth it.

This e-bike is excellent. This e-bike is excellent. Highly recommend to ride this. If you are looking for long range, go for dual. Short range go for single.

R9 is great for the beginner, and the more experienced e-bike rider.. I am 71 years young, and enjoy challenging endeavors: Weight training, BJJ, walking, and now my new R9 bike.

So far so good. Seat is a bit uncomfortable for a big guy. Hopefully will soften up.

Everything I expected and i enjoy riding it daily. I am over 6’ tall so it is perfect height for me. Already have neighbors getting their orders ready

What a ride!. R9 is no joke. Plenty of power and speed, and it handles the steep hills in Seattle without breaking a sweat. Exactly what I was looking for. Excellent bike.

Work, hunting, night rides — R9 does it all. Got the R9 earlier this year. Been using it for work errands and taking it out hunting — yeah, it handles both. Didn't expect to enjoy night riding as much as I do but here we are. It's just a fun bike to have around. Does more than I thought it would.

Turns heads everywhere I go. R9 showed up well packaged — no damage, everything intact. Ride quality is genuinely fun. Takes it out and people notice. Got compliments from random people and even a nod from a few motorcyclists. That says something. Really happy with this one.

Had an issue, but Drive Dual took care of it. R9 arrived with a damaged electrical cord which was pretty frustrating. Reached out to Drive Dual and they shipped a replacement wire right away. Took a few days to arrive but they kept me updated throughout. Once the replacement came in, got it set up and the bike runs great. Customer service came through when it mattered. Happy with the outcome.

This bike makes all the others look like toys 😂. So the rear light arrived broken—shipping, I guess 😅. They replaced it really quickly, so no big deal. Honestly, the bike is awesome. It’s huge compared to all the other e-bikes that look like little toys. I can’t stop laughing at how tiny some of those are.

Didn’t have super high expectations at this price, but it impressed me. Shipping was fast, setup was easy. Charging takes a bit, and range depends on how you ride, but I’m getting close to 100 miles so far.

As my first e-bike, I’m blown away. The acceleration is surprisingly strong, and it’s so fun to just cruise around the neighborhood without getting tired.

Very happy with the purchase of the R9. So far because of the weather in New York, I’ve only ridden the bike twice, but with great results. Smooth, comfortable and rides very comfortably. I so far I’ve gotten it to 30 miles an hour, but I’m sure we’ll reach the 32. Assembly as a solid half hour but pretty straightforward, but I would recommend having two people just to hold things up. The R9 rides really well and the batteries last longer than I expected. The full suspension makes it super smooth. My only gripe is the delivery. The box arrived a little damaged and a few parts got minor scratches, but it’s not a big deal.

My birthday gift and it’s so much fun!. My parents got me the R9 for my birthday and it’s awesome. It goes really fast (my top speed was around 32 mph) and it’s a blast to ride. I got it because I live a bit far from my friends, and now I can get to them really easily.

R9 is an excellent ride.. This new R9 is loads of fun. It does have mechanical brakes. For mechanical brakes the braking is as expected. The mag wheels are awesome. This bike is shifting gears as expected. It's load capacity is 450 pounds with this extra large seat. This bike can carry two adults under 450 pounds. Drive Dual Ebikes called us after purchase and ensured all is well with the bike. Support responded within 24 hours and was courteous and helpful. They are willing to answer questions to ensure our purchase made us happy. My son loves his ebike. We would buy from Drive Dual ebikes again.

The worlds friendliest beginner E-bike!. I will keep the review simple for everyone but 1. The bike looks amazing in person! It’s very sleek and well built, 2.incredibly easy to set up for a non mechanical / builder type of guy, 3. Haven’t rode a bike in over 10 years! The r9 has a really smooth ride that’s easy for a first time rider to instantly build confidence while practicing, 4. This is my last (for the sake of your time) reason for why the R9 is the worlds friendliest beginner E-bike, the battery is so good I’ve been riding around for hours and haven’t had any interruptions to my fun! R9 2026. Perfectly time we received 2 pack of 2 biking so I enjoyed the ride with R9 that is I am a grandfather 😉 My wife used Drive Dual 7 and I rode during the day of July 3 and 4th at the Hilton Hotels in the Bay 🇺🇸

The bike is very well put together. The only problem is is I paid $300 more than I would’ve paid on Amazon pretty disappointed I feel like I got ripped off.

My First Experience with the R9 E-Bike. First time owning a R9 e-bike. My buddy Chris, who rides a Tuttio e-bike, helped me assemble it. So far it rides really great and has been a fun ride in retirement.

Only problem was my front brake dont work but i can get that fix at a shop other then that amazing bike with great pedal assist

Overall it is a great bike and a commute game changer!. I think the bike is built strong. I am 5 foot 5 inches and weigh 147lbs. After unlocking it I get 28mph. I ride it 8.2 miles to work and 8.2 miles home and still have 2 bars left on the battery. That is riding it full throttle on #5 PA… without any peddling of my own. It is dark in the morning when I’m going to work, but the bike has good lights on it. Building the the bike was a little difficult, because it’s hard to get to some of the places you need to put bolts, but not complicated. It is comfortable to ride, and pretty fun too! The only things I regret are I found out I could have saved $100 with a promo code after I already purchased the bike. Then when I read the details it said dual battery, but after purchasing the bike i realized there was an option for single or dual battery, so not knowing I purchased the single battery.

I love the bike but my lights wont work.. The bike is Awesome the weight and handling is phenomenal and the assembly was fairly easy, the battery lasts a long time for me atleast and I rarely every have to peddle with this bike, but my only issue is that im having trouble going out at night with no lights on either front or back of my bike. I dont know what to do with the light.

Honest review, from a overweight person if you are overweight this bike will hold you. I was very nervous that it would not and it was falsely advertised, but it wasn’t. It holds me fine. I go about 24 miles an hour. Not over 30 anytime, but that’s expected being overweight. Now the set up, the set up can be pretty complex. It took me seven hours. The instructions aren’t really that well and I was stuck re-watching a lot of videos on YouTube. The main problem with this bike is how quickly it dies. It’s advertised for 65 miles. I don’t even make it 14 miles without it being down to two bars and that’s about 20 minutes of ride time. That’s the only disappointing thing about this bike. It does not make it to full advertised 65 miles.

Seat was broken and i reach out to them and i have to wait now a month or more so they can send me replacement

Missing headlight. Emailed customer service and they aske for a photo, or video to prove that the headlight wasn’t in the box?? I complied and now they’re ghosting me. ☹️

Well it to big for me so I'm selling it.I bought the womens bike R7 .an If I dont like that I will sell that that to.but they are realy nice bikes overall a 5 stars.
